The workforce arm of Chapter One House.
C1 WOFO exists because every site — a mall, a campus, a bank branch — runs on people who show up on time, in uniform, on payroll. We built the desk that makes sure they do.
Started with one guard post. Grew into a workforce desk.
Chapter One House began as an entertainment and distribution company in Kochi. Running our own venues and productions meant constantly sourcing, vetting and managing field staff — security, housekeeping, event crews. C1 WOFO was formed to run that function properly, then opened to other businesses facing the same problem: good people are hard to find, harder to keep compliant, and hardest of all to manage at scale.
How the desk grew.
First guarding contract
C1 WOFO forms to staff and supervise security for Chapter One House's own venues and productions.
Opens to external clients
Facility management and housekeeping added, with the first retail and hospitality clients outside the group.
Staffing & recruitment desk launches
Contract staffing, permanent recruitment and IT staff augmentation added as standalone service lines.
Full workforce outsourcing
Payroll management and HR compliance outsourcing round out the desk — one account for hiring, deploying and paying a workforce.
What clients can expect from the desk.
Roster before promises
We confirm a roster is fillable before we commit to it — no gaps discovered after go-live.
Compliance is not optional
PF, ESI, licensing and statutory filing are built into every placement, not billed as an afterthought.
One point of contact
A named supervisor or account manager owns your site, whatever the mix of services deployed.
Built for Kerala operations
Local sourcing networks and on-ground supervision, not a national call centre managing your site remotely.
